To get safety life, in the other country, one way you have to do is mastering the own language. You will know what the people do for you, they will never do bad things to you,because you master their own language. Besides they will respect and appreciate you, as you study their language and culture. They also protect you.
4. Technology Language
For example you are going to study machine in Germany or Japan. Firstly you have to study germany or Japanese . They use their own languages to teach their students or foreign students. To get the knowledge of machine technology from the countries you have to study German or Japanese language in order to get the knowledge from them.
